Out of Electronic Monitoring System, Electronic Monitoring Unit and Transmitter of Unibini are the terminal installed at a house or an office and the mobile device carried by a user all the time.

A user wears Transmitter on his wrist or ankle. At this time, it transmits data to the Receiver in Home Monitoring Unit every 30 seconds.

Home Monitoring Unit consists of the Receiver, the Verifier to authenticate a user with remote control, Modem to transmit/receive data with the Central Station, a phone which a user communicates with central station, the Alcohol Sensor attached to phone, and MCU which controls all of things the above.

HMU (Home Monitoring Unit) reports to the Monitor Station immediately if there is any change of the user who puts on Transmitter. A monitoring agent in the Monitor Station checks the state of the user by calling to him first to find out whether there is a violation of regulations. If there is user, a user informs that he is in the designated place pushing the button on Transmitter, which the user is carrying.

Also, HMU can be upgraded to attach the Alcohol Sensor as an option. If a user puts aside or breaks the HMU, the HMU sends the information about it to the Central Station automatically.

This HMU is equipped with a backup battery to work for 24 hours for preventing the device from stopping due to electricity failure. Also, it has programs to apply to 1024 cases and a phone to communicate with the Monitor Station.

It is to confirm the user of Electronic Monitoring Unit, enabling an agent in the Monitor Station to verify the user with remote control. It is the device to authenticate a user easily by pushing the button attached the transmitting device by a user when calling a user and asking authentication to the Monitor Station.

Alcohol Sensor and Telephone

The phone attached to Electronic Monitoring Unit can be used like a normal phone. The main purpose of this phone is to communicate with the Central Station and it has another function to detect the state of a user's drinking to the Monitor Station.

Transmitter is designed to put on a wrist or an ankle without any inconvenience because it is so little and light. The range of working is about 25 meter indoor and it transmits its ID number to the Receiver automatically every 30 second, letting the Monitor Station know the location of the user. If a line of Transmitter is cut or capacity of its battery is low, it sends information about it to the Monitor Station immediately, making them take prompt action.
